Order Processing
Orders placed before 3:00pm Tuesday to Saturday will usually be dispatched the same working day.
Orders placed outside of these times, including Sundays, Mondays and public holidays, will be processed on the next working day.
While we aim to dispatch orders promptly, dispatch times may occasionally vary during busy periods.
Delivery Services
We currently ship using APC, Evri and Parcelforce, although carriers may change without notice depending on availability and service requirements.
Delivery Times
We aim for next working day delivery on most orders. However, delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Please allow up to 5 working days for delivery before contacting us regarding a delayed parcel.
We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Hazardous Goods & Aerosols
Due to courier restrictions relating to liquids, aerosols and other regulated products, certain items may incur an additional delivery surcharge.
Where applicable, a £15 hazardous goods surcharge will be applied at checkout.
Free Delivery
We offer free standard delivery on orders over £50, subject to exclusions.
Certain oversized, hazardous or restricted product lines may be excluded from free delivery promotions. Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed at checkout.
Delivery Area
We currently only ship within the United Kingdom.
Incorrect Shipping Information

We cannot be held responsible for delays, losses or additional charges caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery details provided by the customer.
